The problem with your ranking system is simple. You only need to win a game by 1 point. Margin of victory is a pile of crap. For example, Virginia is currently #14 in the BCS because they win and people vote for them. also, the BCS computer model has them highly ranked because it is better than yours. If they win every game by 1 point, isn't that good enough? they have set a record this year for most wins by 2 points or fewer. This is a sign of a winning team, not how much they win by. Your model blows. There is no way they are 40 something in the nation. Try again.

Oh yeah, and 3 teams that Virginia beat are ranked ahead of them...another reason your model sucks.

Uconn, Miami, Wake Forest...UVA beat all of them!!!...South Florida #19??? With 3 losses? Michigan #10??? Arkansas? Purdue????
